These terms explain the boundaries of Atlas Block Intelligence and its free and paid software access. By using Atlas, you agree to use the service lawfully and within these boundaries.
Atlas summarizes bounded public Ethereum observations and educational material. It is not an exchange, wallet, custodian, broker, financial adviser, fraud-certification service, or source of guaranteed complete blockchain history.
Atlas uses single-use passwordless links sent by Supabase. You are responsible for access to your email account. Atlas never asks for wallet passwords, private keys, seed phrases, signatures, or custody of digital assets.
Atlas Plus currently costs 15 USDC on Base and provides expanded product limits for 30 days after confirmed payment. It is a one-time access pass and does not renew automatically. A new payment is required to extend access.
Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. Confirmed payments are normally non-refundable after access is provisioned. Atlas will review requests involving a duplicate payment, a confirmed payment that did not activate access, or a refund required by applicable law. Network and provider fees may not be recoverable.
Because Plus does not renew automatically, there is no recurring crypto subscription to cancel. Access returns to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Existing data remains subject to the limits and retention behavior shown in the product.
Do not misuse Atlas to violate law, invade privacy, attempt unauthorized access, submit secrets, disrupt the service, evade product limits, or misrepresent Atlas output as a guaranteed identity, safety, risk, or investment verdict.
Data providers, networks, AI services, and hosting systems may be delayed or unavailable. Atlas may return partial coverage or no grounded answer when evidence cannot support a claim. Users should verify material decisions independently.
Send account, access, or payment questions to support@atlasblockintel.com. Include the Atlas order identifier or payment identifier, but never send a private key or seed phrase.
